Harry and I aren't getting along

Ok I am not doing so well in the Harry Potter thing. DH rented Sorcerer's Stone for me on Saturday, I didn't get around to watching it until Tuesday night. I tried to watch it on the laptop but the device kept restarting the movie. By the time the scene where all first years were gathered in the hall came up I had restarted 5 times. I then attempted to watch it the next am on the DVD player and TV, but fell asleep. In the meantime I am starting to listen to Chamber of Secrets on tape- but the tape is worn out. So now I have to read Chamber in my spare time and re watch Sorcerer's.
As for my knitting I am frogging quite well. Does Frogged items count?
Think I will make myself some hot butterbeer and curl up w/Chamber tomorrow night.

Oh I am so sorry, Janet, about all your troubles. I ended up getting a new DVD player, because mine kept on skipping. I went to Radio Shack and discovered that a new DVD player cost just a few dollars more than the cleaner disc so new player it was. Today I'm going to go on to Amazon to buy GOF - that's the only movie that I don't own yet.

I'm also doing a lot of frogging. And I'm NOT usually a frogger.

Butterbeer, PJs and Chamber sounds like a plan!

Oh man, what a shame. What a frustrating time you are having - has someone used an impediment curse on you?
Frogging can be rough.
Enjoy the butterbeer and curl up on your couch!

What is butterbeer, exactly. Everyone loves it, but nobody explains it in the books.

This is something that should go in a post, but blogger won't let me post.

Maybe I'm just dense, but I usually pick up on these things right away. Has anybody else noticed that Serius is named after the dog star?

Oh yes - I think it might have been a clue as to who the Black Dog was following Harry.
